Meet the Board

Willy Das, PhD
Co-Chair, 2023-2024

Lehigh@NasdaqCenter & Dept of Management

I am WILLY DAS , co-chair of the Postdoctoral Association.  I received my PhD in Business Policy and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management and am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the field of entrepreneurship. My research focuses on understanding the human dynamics of strategic-decision making and its impact on entrepreneurial performance.

When not researching, I can be found exploring the culinary scene in Bethlehem.  Also, I am a total dog enthusiast, so it's entirely possible that I might say hello to your pup before acknowledging you.

Our association is dedicated to supporting the professional development of postdoctoral researchers , fostering a sense of community, and promoting collaboration and networking opportunities. We welcome you to join our community and participate in our events and initiatives.
