Mentoring Up: Mentor Training for Doctoral Students & Postdocs

The Offices of Graduate Life, Postdoctoral Affairs, and Faculty Affairs invite doctoral students and postdocs to participate in Mentoring Up, a five-week mentor training program using the nationally recognized CIMER curriculum. Participants will build practical skills for strengthening mentoring relationships with faculty, research teams, and undergraduates.
Topics include aligning expectations, effective communication, diversity and ethics, assessing understanding, fostering independence, and articulating professional experience. Participants who attend all sessions will receive a certificate of completion. Registration deadline: January 20.
