Postdoc Orientation

We're pleased to offer two new types of orientation sessions—Pre-Arrival and Regular Orientation—to support you before and after you arrive. You’re welcome to attend both, and you can join more than once if you’d like.
 

Pre-Arrival Orientation

The Pre-Arrival Orientation focuses on everything you can do before coming to campus. This session is highly recommended, especially for international postdocs, as it provides an overview of your key contacts, your Lehigh Identification number (LIN), activating your Lehigh email, forms to complete, and housing and transportation. There will be time for Q&A. If the scheduled time doesn’t work for your time zone, let us know, and we’ll arrange a session for you.

Regular Orientation

The Regular Orientation is for postdocs who have arrived in Bethlehem. Held every other month, either in person or virtually, this session walks you through important steps to take once you’re here, introduces you to local and campus resources, and helps you get settled into the postdoc community.
