Hiring Process & System Tech: Contact your Dean’s Office Rep. All postdoc hiring workflows must run through your college first. Contact them for search progress, PageUp navigation, pool viewing, or bulk actions.
Postdoc Policies & Life: Contact Jenny Chao (Postdoc Office). Reach out for postdoc eligibility, search compliance, detailed postdoc onboarding, needs, and general policies.
Offer Setup & General HR: Contact Felicia / General HR. Felicia initiates the offer letter, and general HR handles automatic onboarding questions (background checks, benefits orientation).
